Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were one of the highlights of our trip, offering amazing views of the Duomo, but they were on the small side and lacked extras like a kettle or hair dryer. The service, however, was top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to cater to all our needs. The location couldn't have been better, situated right beside the Duomo with easy access to all the sights of Florence. Unfortunately, the dining options fell short of expectations, not offering a vast selection and feeling monotonous at times.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were one of the best we had during our trip, which was fantastic. They were good, although the bathrooms were a tiny bit small. The rooms were very well insulated and quiet, but unfortunately, my room had a view of the renovation site, and the fridge did not work properly.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence just steps away from the main square and the stunning cathedral. The rooms were wonderful, quiet, and cool, offering a great experience in a historic building. However, the dining options were not very exciting. Overall, a great value for the prime location.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Duomo Cathedral, making it easy to reach various attractions. The rooms were on two levels, with excellent air conditioning and modern amenities, but unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue with noticeable dust. Although the service was generally friendly, there were some shortcomings, especially with Irene. The dining experience offered tasty Sicilian products but lacked ambiance due to a small and uninviting room. Overall, the hotel provided good value for its prime location and decent facilities.
